Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, so you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, making a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
